ITE India is designed to bring digital talent into the industry. Employers want to have confidence in recruiting and what the talent pipeline looks like based on needs. Students are always ready for internships at ITE India because we don’t have an academic calendar. It is possible to recruit interns the entire year around. Becoming a (hiring) partner provides access to highly trained candidates with zero cost involved in the recruitment process. The most important thing students learn is not how to code but how to learn new software languages. This makes ITE India students curious, relevant, and confident and gives them the right skills they need for any future tech job.
At our sister school ITE India, there are already thousands of alumni. So based on that, we can already give you an idea of your possible future:
Every student gets 3 job proposals on average during their studies.
Every student has 2 paid internships which gives them work experience.
Final projects build up a strong portfolio of problems companies need solved.
